Create Search Folders for Most Important Emails

by | Dec 10, 2014 | Security

What are your most frequently accessed emails? Maybe they’re emails from your boss or certain subjects. For any search you may perform often just save the search for quick access. While Outlook is open, hit Ctrl+Shift+P or Click on Search Folders in the left navigation menu, select “New Search Folder,” and then use the wizards or manually customize the search to your specifications. With custom search folders, you will be able to make a custom folder that only shows emails from specific people or emails with a specific subject line. Very useful!

The model that I have created is based on the reality that IT sucks, and frankly, no one likes it. My experience tells me that this is especially true for law firms. In coming to that realization years ago I had to change the way I did business. Among many other services that we had to offer, in order to cater to law firms specifically, we had to become invisible and that's exactly what we have accomplished.
