Does Your Firm Use Hosted Exchange Email?

These days, the standard email service the world over is Hosted Exchange. If your firm is not working with Hosted Exchange email then you need to continue reading.

Hosted Exchange is Microsoft’s email platform. It offers users the ability to use the Outlook email client, share email contacts and calendars and offers 2-way syncing to mobile devices. It also syncs Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks and Notes to your mobile device. It has come to our attention that many small firms do not have these functions in their email systems as these are the very functions that can assist in organization and growth. As a small firm migrating is easy and quick @ $7.95/user per month.

On the flip side, it has also come to our attention that some larger firms are using Google Apps for Work as their email platform. While Google is not a terrible solution, it hinders users who wish to work in Outlook. Sharing doesn’t work well within Outlook and as a whole the product is sub-par as far as mailbox organization and support.

If your firm is not working with Hosted Exchange, you should really inquire about it. We consider it the very best email platform over Google and Office 365 by far.

As CEO of Rekall Technologies, I’ve been helping small business owners simplify their technology since 2011. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how IT becomes frustrating, time-consuming, and a constant distraction from running a business. That experience is what drove me to build Rekall differently. I didn’t want clients adjusting their businesses to fit their IT—I built services that adapt to how real businesses actually operate. My philosophy is simple: technology should be secure, stable, and effectively invisible. When IT is done right, it stays out of the way and gives you the freedom to focus on your clients, your team, and growing your business with confidence.
