Rekall Technologies Aligns Staff with Strategic Priorities

Because of our unprecedented growth, Rekall Technologies has spent the last few months evaluating our internal structures and processes in order to continue providing top-notch, white-glove customer experiences.

We know that your technology is personal and we are committed to making your needs our top priority — always.

One strategy we are happy to announce is the formation of the Rekall Project Team, also known as RPT. This team is made up Rekall’s brightest technicians,  – Rekall veterans, and up-and-comers that show amazing promise.

The RPT is designed as a cross-functional collaborative group, which will be gathered to discuss our most complex projects and support escalations. Its members have diverse specializations, bringing years of technical experience and the best in innovation together for our most complicated undertakings.

We’re happy to announce the members of the RPT.

  • Lloyd James will serve us as the team anchor. Lloyd has been with Rekall for six years, specializing in technology integrations and special projects — Lloyd has seen it all!
  • Adam Pita will join the team as well. Adam has served us by onboarding new clients for nearly two years at Rekall. His superpower is to “tech” his way out of numerous thorny situations.
  • Alex Gall is our third member and is known for his limitless curiosity and unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He’s a newer member of the Rekall team, but has completed many successful special projects and excels in focusing on the client’s priorities, sticking to deadlines and providing consistent and open communication.

Rekall Technologies is also reviewing the roles of our technicians, creating clearer definitions of job responsibility and boosting our collaborative efforts. We have tremendous technical talent on board and we will continue to reassess our internal structure to serve our customers quickly and with the highest level of accuracy and expertise.

We plan to execute these strategic updates — and a few more — within the next six months.
