Two things come to mind when I think about Rekall, quick response times, and pricing flexibility. We’ve worked with other IT companies, and we didn’t know what good support was before we started working with Rekall. Their support is reliable, they always answer the phone, and their time blocks are a great way for my firm to control IT costs and still receive excellent support at a great value. I can’t imagine how businesses let alone law firms get along with anything less than Rekall’s service standards. I thank them for all that they have done for my firm.
